DESCRIPTION-
OS/2 4.0 needs the ability to end a program caught in it's exit
list. I think this will add stability and even more crash
protection to the entire os. This will benefit every user of
OS/2 from the home user to the business user. Many times I have
seen programs caught in the exit list resulting in the desktop
area the program was using not getting painted again. The only
possible workaround is to reboot the machine, resulting in lost
time.
